Our number one goal at Paint Plus is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. Customers who place orders online are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered.
Fixtures are NOT returnable 2 weeks from purchase.
We understand that a product may get damaged in transit or, on occasion, there may be a manufacturer product defect. If in this case, please contact us (Paint Plus) immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue by replacing your damaged fixture, or refunding your money.
Before we can replace or refund, we need your order information, and pictures of the defective fixture(s). Ww will follow the return process from that.
If you are cancelling an order due to backorder, we recommend you first call our store to verify the accuracy of the date before making your final decision. On the other hand, if the item is truly unavailable for an extended period, we sincerely apologize for the delay. To cancel, it is important that you get a hold of a store associate directly at (434) 584-9397. Cancelled backordered items will result in a full refund for that item.
1. To begin the return process, call 434-584-9397 between 7AM-5PM Monday through Thursday, 7AM-1PM on Fridays or email firstname.lastname@example.org with order information.
2. Pictures are required to ensure your light is not modified or used, and is in unmarked original packaging.
3. Once pictures are approved, shipping information will be sent , RGA # must be put inside the box, and taped on the outside.
4. Allow the manufacturer time to get back with us (Paint Plus), once the return is processed through the manufacturer, you will receive your refund.
5. Total process could take a few weeks.
-Shipping and handling charges
-Any item that is not in resellable condition
-Any item that has been assembled, installed (cut or clipped wires), modified, or used in any way
-Light bulbs, parts, and shades
-Any item not purchased from Paint Plus Lighting and Design
-Special purchases; any clearance, sale, display fixtures or discontinued items are all final sales
-Items that are not in original packaging with sufficient packaging materials (torn box, writing on the box, etc.)
-Large orders: (Orders containing 6 or more of a single item or orders with an invoice total greater than ,000). When ordering large quantities, we suggest ordering a sample for evaluation.
If you would like to cancel an order, simply contact one of our sales associates at (434) 584-9397. You will receive an email acknowledging your cancellation, and confirming whether or not we were able to cancel. Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation of cancellation. Please be aware that some items may have already shipped from our store or the manufacturer and be in route for final delivery to you. In such a case, cancellation fees may apply (20% fee). Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return the item, you will need to follow the "Standard Return Policy". Do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this will result in up to a 50% restocking fee. A delivery refusal may also result in the loss of your product and may void any possibility of a refund. You may also be charged for roundtrip shipping costs. Some items that are custom made or built-to-order cannot be cancelled.
